Residential Sealing
We apply a coal tar water-based sealer that preserves the natural color, finish, and texture of a brand-new driveway. Prior to sealing, we will prepare all properties. We carefully hand brush the sealer around the house foundation, garages, patios, steps, cobblestones, and rock walls to prevent overspray, followed by an even application of a thick coating of sealer sprayed across the rest of the driveway.
Commercial Sealing
All commercial properties will be treated with the same coal tar water-based sealer. Hand brushing will be applied around all walkways, driveways, entrances, and curbs. We provide line striping services and will work around your schedule to ensure timely completion of the job.
Line Striping
We utilize a lead-free, water-based paint that dries in just ten minutes. We provide a wide range of colors, including white, yellow, blue, black, and more. Custom wording or stencils are available for various applications such as fire lanes, handicap spots, crosswalks, parking spaces, and no parking zones.

Oil Spot Treatment
Liquid and hot tar can be used to repair and fill cracks effectively. These methods have shown to extend the lifespan of your asphalt by sealing cracks, preventing water from penetrating and damaging your foundation. Liquid tar is ideal for addressing persistent small cracks, while hot tar is more suitable for larger ones.
Hot and cold patches can be applied to potholes based on their size. Repairing these holes will not only create a smoother surface for your driveway but also protect the asphalt's foundation from water damage.
Acrylic bonder can be on oil stains when getting your driveway ready for sealant. This product will stop the oil stain from seeping through the freshly applied sealer.
